This selection process means knowing the ingredients’ source all the way back to the seed, making sure every part of the bake is formed proudly with integrity.
Honey & Dough has always been about living free – free of artificial ingredients, preservatives, additives, trans-fat and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
NO ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS, FLAVORS OR CHEMICALS
Our Whole Wheat Bakes are not “brown” because of any added artificial colors.
They are made of whole meal flour which include all the parts of a wheat grain, the endosperm, the bran and the wheatgerm.
They gain the brown color from the natural fibers present in the wheat grain rather than through adding colors to the flour to make it look brown.
Our bakes do not include any kind of preservatives.
They are freshly baked!
We highly recommend to keep them frozen so you can
enjoy the taste of freshnessith every bite
NO REFINED SUGAR
We use molasses which is rich in iron, vitamins and minerals.
We Do not use any processed or refined sugar.
We use raw honey as well in our sweet products such as Honey Bites.
NO HYDROGENATED OR ARTIFICIAL FATS
Almost all bakeries use hydrogenated or artificial fats.
We only use natural fats and oils.
